The Retreat revolves around the nine dimensions of the April Stewardship Framework. We will follow a process and have "clear objectives, skilled facilitation to create a podium to share knowledge". The Retreat will include - active learning methodologies, competency building activities, simulations and tools for mapping behavior to address the April Stewardship Framework. The highlight will be the "Creative Space" at the end of each theme to map emotional intelligence. Through this endeavor we wish to deliver compassionate leadership, Unconditional team support, to inculcate life skills and an ability to create and lead change.

Sahaya will facilitate this retreat. Her path as a corporate trainer and consultant was paved in her early years of her career as an alternate educational facilitator. She has developed her own Training Programs and her USP is the profound versatile experience she brings into the design and structure of the Program. The delivery of the program has an impact largely because her programs are based on Experiential Learning Modalities and the democratic setup in the conference area.

The Retreat will be held in Auroville, an international community 20 minutes from Puducherry in South India. It is a quiet little town, with around 2000 inhabitants. Once a barren area, Auroville has become green, thanks to reforestation. Auroville has a semitropical climate. It is a place that serves as an experimental platform for educational and cultural activities. A unique place that provides each individual with an opportunity of self-rediscovery.

Auroville retreat is a non-commercial entity that focuses on bringing the best practices of Auroville (some of which have evolved in Auroville) to the outside world. It designs and organizes various types of weekend programs which involve working with many facilitators based in Auroville some of whom are the best in their field.
