Business grade content curation platform Curata (http://www.curata.com/)
can now automatically populate and schedule social posts via Buffer (http://bufferapp.com/)
to multiple social channels like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The newly announced integration solves pain points for users of both platforms: Buffer empowers Curata users to more intelligently set publishing schedules and push their curated content to social channels; Curata provides Buffer users with a stream of fresh, relevant content for social media posting.
“The efficiency that Buffer provides our customers is invaluable,”
said Bivha Singh, VP of Product at Curata. “Enabling our customers to set up an automated publishing schedule to multiple channels will save them time and energy, along with ensuring their audience is well fed with the content they crave.”
In November 2012, Curata surveyed (http://www.curata.com/resources/surveys/b2b-marketing-tre...
) more than 450 marketing professionals and found that content marketing is the most prevalent and fastest-growing marketing strategy. At the same time, most marketers cited a lack of time, budget, and staff to create and distribute content on a regular basis. Seventy-three percent of participants responded that resources were their biggest marketing challenge, including limited staff, limited budget and creating enough original content.
The joint integration directly addresses these challenges by minimizing the amount of time and steps marketers have to take to consistently publish content to their social channels. In conjunction with Buffer, within the Curata platform, marketers can easily find and organize relevant third-party content on a specific topic; curate and editorialize it; and share that content through a variety of channels including email newsletters, blogs, content management systems, feeds, and social media channels.
"One of the things that comes up the very most from our users is ‘Yes, Buffer helps me share, but how can I find great content in the first place?’” said Leonhard Widrich, Co-Founder of Buffer. “Curata is an incredible tool to make exactly this happen. Being able to organize and discover great content all from one place, and then share it at a better time with Buffer, is a fantastic combo. Anyone who is serious about content marketing and social media will find immense value from this integration."Photo:
