You should not purchase their warranty.
My Air Conditioner would not cool, they claimed Acts of God and Bad Installation for the issue and basically stated my ducts were bad. My Heater worked fine, so it was not the ducts. I had 2 technicians come out and state it was not the ducts. One even measured all the temperatures and air flow and found no issues. Buyers Protection Group would not fix my air conditioner after 3 years of calling them. I finally had to pay out of pocket. The issue was finally fixed by another company, and oddly, it involved no ducts. They fixed a broken coil, which was the initial problem.
There are hundreds of other people who have been ripped off by Buyers Protection Group Home Warrany. Just do a google search.
