Alliance Solutions Group Reports Record Revenues in 2012

The 12-year-old company reported $41 million in total revenues during 2012—a 32 percent increase from the previous year. This growth rate is more than double the overall growth reported by the staffing industry in 2012.

“Our fastest growing business units are Alliance Technical Solutions and Alliance Industrial Solutions, which grew 75 percent and 79 percent, respectively,” explained President and CEO Aaron Grossman. “The success of our industrial business resulted from the development of the manufacturing sector throughout Ohio, as well as our expansion into mid-Ohio, Upper Sandusky and Elyria. Additionally, we are continuing to grow by bringing Alliance Industrial Solutions to the Akron-Canton and Mahoning Valley markets.”

During 2012, Alliance Search Solutions grew 44 percent, while Alliance Scientific Solutions increased 38 percent. With a focus on retained and contingency search, Alliance Search Solutions experienced significant growth due to its specialization within several areas that are in demand in today’s market, including supply chain/logistics positions and manufacturing operations.

In addition, Alliance Solutions Group (http://www.alliancesolutionsgrp.com/) expanded its internal staff by 39 percent and added three new executives to its senior management team. The growth in staffing was due, in part, to the new or expanded offices opened in Mentor, Mahoning Valley, Akron, Elyria and Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
