Founded in 1998, the Irish Immigration Center of Philadelphia is located in Upper Darby, PA, and provides advice and support on a range of issues of interest to the Irish and immigrant communities throughout the region.
O'Malley concentrates his practice on advising clients on strategies for building brands and developing and protecting U.S. and international trademark portfolios. He earned a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from George Washington University, and obtained his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. O'Malley is co-vice president of the Irish-American Business Chamber Network’s board of directors, former president of the Brehon Law Society, and is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and actively involved with the International Trademark Association and Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association.
O'Malley resides in Nether Providence, PA with his wife and two sons.
