Planting Seeds of Acceptance Planting Seeds of Acceptance is now offering on-site Cultural Diversity Workshops for Educators. Our 21 Century student population is undeniably reflective of our fascinating blend of world cultures. This mandates culturally responsive teaching approaches that stay in line with core curriculum requirements. Through the celebration of cultural contributions, presenter Ramona Moreno Winner, delivers information that promotes cultural understanding. Educators are able to learn about their own cultures and the cultures of the students they teach. This is helpful in understanding how some students and parents struggle in transitioning home cultural values to values required by our current school system. “What makes Planting Seeds of Acceptance so unique is our ability to address large groups of educators at their worksite with minimum cost,” says Winner. “What we have to share will help educators K – 12 be better communicators.
