C-DAC has developed a small pocket sized device to wirelessly acquire ECG of the patient by a single lead. Using standard blue tooth transmission real time ECG can be monitored on a mobile phone. This product promises to be very handy in monitoring the healthcare of critical patients.
This is very compact in size and can be used by one person by common man. This device is developed in 5 moths R&D by 4 team members comprising Hardware Engineers and Embedded System Engineers.
"Wireless ECG Sensor" will be available in market in 3-4 months. It is compact mobile ECG machine.
Second day of the Technology Conclave, all centers of C-DAC participated in the exhibition with various information technology projects. They displayed and demonstrated the projects. Few of the projects are Wi-Trac (Wireless Traffic Controller)- Wi Trac is a vehicle actuated road traffic signal controller that controls the signal lamps over wireless medium. Wi Trac is a Area Traffic Control System (ACTS) compatible having features to perform at isolated intersections or as part of a synchronized chain of controllers. Mobile Based Maternal Health Awareness-
ePARK Easy Park (ePARK) is an intelligent Parking Lot Management System that helps travelers find parking spots quickly, thereby reducing frustrations and enhancing their overall experience.
