Succinctly, the tour was initially conceived in 2011 realizing that irrespective of the enormous reach of its informative format, more had to be done on the practical community level.
Hence, the network's first national tour was unofficially slated to begin in March 2012. Since it did not materialize for that year, it was rescheduled for 2013.
Purpose
The design of this countrywide, "on-the-ground"
1. open, interactive community workshops
2. a series of lectures regarding self-defensive home improvement policy
3. orientation for community members of each state to form relative networks among themselves
Volunteer Efforts
The entailed national effort with respect to workshops, lectures, and grassroots organizing is volunteer. Therefore, the brunt of expenses would be shouldered by HGRBS rather than by the communities. Hence, the network's free service ethic would be translated from cyberspace to the actual space of American neighborhoods,as well.
Resolution
Operationally, the network has not been sufficiently formidable to successfully excute such a vast project. This is about to change.
To this effect, extreme remedial considerations are being made without interrupting HGRBS obligations to the private home sector.
