Beginning in August of 2012 BBC’s largest telecom client created an award for their top sales vendors. Given monthly, this award was presented to which ever leading company had achieved the best sales performance for the prior month. Judged based upon both sales quality and quantity, the awards were given throughout the New England region, including Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Of the 12 telecom sales vendors, Boston Business Concepts has won four out of the five total awards given to date.
“Each of our employees strives to meet their own personal goals each month, which in turn contributes to our company’s overall goal,” said Kevin Graziano, Manager and CEO of Boston Business Concepts. “It is an honor for our most prevalent client to recognize our hard work and will only drive us forward to continue to surpass our goals.”
New for 2013, the competition has been heightened by the addition of even more incentives for each company to hit their individual sales marks. Having begun in January, 2013, each monthly winner will not only receive an engrained trophy shined to perfection, but in addition will earn a client sponsored pizza party, brand new Ipad and of course bragging rights.
When asked about these extra incentives, Manager Vince Conley claimed, “With the addition of further motivation like an Ipad or pizza party, our company is excited to maintain our top vendor status and continue to go beyond our competitors.”
