Feb. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Maalouf Ashford & Talbot is pleased to announce the opening of two new offices, in São Paulo, Brazil, and New Delhi, India.

Alexandre Lopes will be heading the firm’s new São Paulo office.  Alex is a highly regarded expert in the areas of corporate and finance law, with over 20 years of experience representing clients in cross-border transactions involving Brazil, China and the EU.  He speaks Mandarin, French, German, Arabic, Portuguese and English.

Swarn Kumar will be heading the New Delhi office.  Swarn is a seasoned corporate lawyer with experience in mergers & acquisitions, foreign investment, banking, corporate law and commercial litigation.
