The GSA Schedule 541 award is the culmination of careful analysis, planning and proactive steps to ensure TalkPoint’s success under the GSA Schedules program. The assessment process evaluated an array of criteria including TalkPoint’s customer satisfaction, business operations and performance history in the marketplace.
