Currently Eric Peneranda is an associate within the Industrial Services Group of CBRE where he specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Central Florida commercial real estate market. Prior to joining CBRE, Eric provided leasing services for over 1 million square feet of industrial real estate from 2009 to 2012. From 2001 to 2009 he developed and constructed over 3 million square feet of real estate and successfully negotiated over $500 million in project contracts.
As an innovative entrepreneur, Eric also owns and operates a seasonal Christmas tree business in Winter Park, Florida whereby he has successfully built and maintained a brand that is well known for delivering a quality product with a focus on superior service.
