Aging with Zest! Featuring Dr. Dorree Lynn

We also live in a youth-oriented society where fifteen minutes of fame, often no matter how it is achieved, is considered desirable. Violence and value are often fungible and finding one’s own path and priorities require maturity and effort."

February theme: Focus on Enthusiasm. What a great word to translate. The en portion of enthusiasm literally means inside of or within. The thus comes from the Greek word “theos” meaning God or spirit. So what we have here may be defined as the spirit (of God) within. You need to discover not only your enthusiasm but celebrate it. It demonstrates your passion and eagerness, your fervor and zeal. One of the greatest things about enthusiasm is that it is contagious. It has the power to not only drive you but others.
