Saving Lives In More Ways Than One!

On average in Australia, 35 children lose their lives to drowning every year. This statistic is unfortunately on the rise. Tammy Richie said, “When my child almost lost his life through drowning, I did not ever imagine this would happen to me and it was a huge wake up call! It scared the life out of me!”

“evie” Inflatable Rashie is a fantastic new product, designed to “ keep heads above water” and prevent incidents from occurring in and around the water. It carries the Aus/NZ Standards and is a PFD1, offering UV50 protection, bright colours and is also comfortable to wear. This product is created and designed right here on the Gold Coast as well.

‘evie’ has been trialed and tested by some of the World’s leading athletes including but not limited to Olympians, Iron Men and Surf Life Savers as well as Water Rehabilitators and Aqua Therapists.

Just about every family knows or has someone that has been affected by illness with our most valuable children, Tammy included! During her recent stay at the Mater Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, their stay was made so much better by the wonderful Captain’s in the Starlight Express Room. Starlight’s aim is to transform the lives of all seriously ill and hospitalised children and their families, throughout Australia. Their program’s provide distraction from the pain and stress of the illness and its treatment.

Starlight Foundation are a Not for Profit Organisation. This Partnership has been formed in an attempt to raise valuable funds for Starlight Foundation so they can continue to put smiles on faces of seriously ill and hospitalised children, whilst also helping prevent incidents from occurring. Money from the Sales of every Inflatable Rashie, when Starlight is mentioned at the point of sale, will  be donated to the Starlight Foundation.

Tammy says “that every time she hears of a terrible incident in and around water, she feels like she has let them down, knowing she has access to a solution for this problem and it had not been used”  This new innovative water safe, whilst sun safe product.
