These attacks to the once thriving Reputation Management Firm have caused sales to decrease and the brand to lose trust from new prospects. The problem with the Reputation Management industry is that the skill set that helps these types of firms deliver positive results to clients can easily be used as a weapon against competitors. Under a contractual agreement DotShot is not allowed to disclose the name of the company they purchased however it will become apparent once the old clients of the purchased firm receive contact and once the company puts out an official press release about the transaction.
