Valentine's Dinner Party at the Luxe Lounge- A Smash!

Queens, NY February 16, 2013-  Global Christian Event Network( GCEN) partnered with NEWD Magazine, TNI Radio and LIFEZONE TV to bring an excellent night of fun for Christians 18+ on Valentine’s Day at the hottest Christian inspired lounge in NYC; the Luxe Lounge.

GCEN alongside its partners brought together, singles, couples in courtship, boosting newlyweds and longtime married couples to unwind, relax, and party the night away from 7-11pm. The Luxe Lounge is located at the mecca of New York at Signet Hall on 140-46 Queens Blvd, Queens NY 11435.

The event kicked off with a free Salsa Class from 7-8pm. From 8-9pm Christian soloist Envil Cruickshank serenaded the crowd with romantic melodies to set the mood of love throughout the room. Soon after Dance for Change, a nonprofit which gives dancers a platform to use their God given gifts to positively impact the world, while raising money for clean water initiatives in Africa, performed with a crowd wooing performance showing God’s love.

An exquisite 5 star international palate of food was served all night; attendees often went up for seconds and thirds. The rest of the night attendees were on their feet dancing to Gospel inspired tunes by Guest DJ Mark Xclusive. The night was hosted by Glen Thornhill who entertained comedic phrases that were of course to the liking of God, and asked an array of questions like “How far can one go while courting?” The red carpet opened all throughout the night was monitored by photos by Igwe.

The night was filled with comments from attendees wishing the night would not end. The evening ended with the featured single, “How great is our God” and had everyone in worship as a concluding prayer was said by host Glen Thornhill to send all attendees off with God’s protection.

The next event at The Luxe Lounge is March 29, a Spring Bling Jesus Thing party with guest DJ Mr.E from Miami, Florida.
