Thompson discussed the challenges he faced, the lessons he learned and his thoughts on what the future holds.
Thompson attributed the company’s success to his employees. He stated, “The Crown team has been dedicated to making us a great quality company and a company with a heart. We’ve continued to prove to our clients and customers that we’re one of the best in the world in all the businesses we do.”
Thompson added, “As for being a company with a heart, I’m sure no company in any of the industries we work can claim to be as caring as we are about the people around us who need a hand. I feel so full of pride to see, on a daily basis, how the Crown team all over the world helps others, raises money for charities, volunteers in many ways and does what we can to save the environment. I believe it is so important and that we all have a responsibility to help out.”
