Edelweiss Pirates Operation Einstein is a fictional novel for his target audience of boys 10-15. The author keeps the story flowing with action, drama and emotion. He also ads a huge amount of facts, such as why did Hitler Hate the Jewish! The Pope being a member os the Hitler Youth, what the Hitler Youth did to regular German Jewish people and at concentration camps.
It’s well been documented that the pope was a member of the Hitler Youth, he admits it and says he was forced to join like all boys, well not true over 100,000 joined the Edelweiss Pirates; a resistance youth group who had street battles with the Hitler Youth. The book also explains how a neighbor of the Pope was hiding a member of the resistance, Hans Braxenthaler, his whereabouts was given away to the SS. By local Nazi supporters, The Pope and his father who was a Police man have been named. Hans Braxenthaler shot himself when the building was surrounded by the SS rather than get taken alive and tortured and forced to inform on fellow resistance fighters.
It also explains how tens of thousands of young 14-17 year old Hitler Youth Members where taken away at the end of the war by the Russians, only few hundred returned in 1952. The Pope, stripped himself of his Hitler Youth uniform and buried it when the russians came. The Catholic Church had tried to keep the details secret. However the books publication 4 weeks ago, brought the matter to light, within hours of the book going live on Amazon’s Kindle, he resigned. The Church then scrambled to find a replacement for damage limitation.
