Reverend George has been ordained since 2009. He's decided that the time has come to become an active minister. "I have received a calling that I cannot ignore. I have no choice but to reach out" said George.
The Reverend currently has no plans to open a conventional church. He will use his blog to communicate, and serve as a visiting pastor. He has experience with performing wedding ceremonies, and will continue to do so when called upon.
Reverend George is a Lutheran, but considers his Christian ministry non-denominational. "I am very proud of my religious heritage, but I feel that I am a messenger of the Lord. My messages will not come with a label".
The Reverend has not ruled out a future run for office, however he said that "a future campaign is doubtful". He intends to run split his time between his business and his ministry.
