Release of the official boot of Andre Roxx from Wu Tang by Timberland

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 16, 2013 - Throughout this countries history, impoverished and underprivileged people have been renowned for taking the most bitter lemons and turning them into the sweetest lemonade. Dating all the way back to the days of slavery, where men and women were forced to eat only the leftovers that were previously considered the waste of slaughter. The cuisine based on cooking these foods became soul food, a staple in the black community. In this spirit, urban youth of the late 80’s and early 90’s took Timberland boots, originally designed to be an affordable work boot, and redefined them as high urban fashion. Timberland quickly responded by marketing and designing for the urban youth. I have dedicated my career to speaking for the underprivileged urban people of this nation and abroad. It is a great honor to have a Timberland Boot bear my name because Timberland boots are a great representation of the spirit and resilience of the urban people; My People; Real People.
