Cinemartini to take place Thursday, February 21st, screening of the Sundance short film, Bear.

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 16, 2013 - Cinemartini will hold its monthly film screening and networking event on Thursday, February 21st, at 8pm at R Bar, 3331 W. 8th St. in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles. Along with several other films, Cinemartini will screen Nash Edgerton's short film, "Bear", the follow-up to Mr. Edgerton's popular short film "Spider." "Bear" was an official selection at this year's Sundance Film Festival. Also, Cinemartini will continue its screening of Kyle Reiter's very successful Channel 101 comedy series, "Gumbel", starring DeMorge Brown.

Each month Cinemartini screens short films by established and up-and-coming filmmakers, providing an opportunity for exhibition with a potential for networking in a relaxed setting. Cinemartini is committed to promoting the diverse talents of young filmmakers and championing broad and open communication between the film professionals of today and tomorrow. The screening and networking event is held monthly at R Bar in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles.
