Google Nexus 4: A rare breed in itself!

At 133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1 mm, the LG Nexus 4 is almost the similar size as the Optimus G, although it is also couple of millimeters longer & 0.6mm broader. The Google Nexus 4 is outfitted with an 8 MP snapper, offering still images with an impressive resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels. There is a single LED flash beneath it, though do not count on it doing wonders in majority of low light conditions.

The camera UI has been granted a fresh covering of paint with an interface you will either admire or disgust. With a simple tap & hold, a circle emerges offering users access to the several options. The moment user finger is on a setting icon, it increases to disclose its options. Or, users can invoke the settings circle by pushing the icon in the top right edge.

The image quality of the 8 MP snapper was rather disappointing.  Images are turning out to be quite noisy & did not actually consist of intense fine detailing. Colors are comparatively precise, and did not offer the desired level of fine detailing.  Contrast is also not up to the mark.  Videos are shot at 1080p and have a consistent 30fps framerate. The result is saved in MP4 files, offering a bit rate of 12 Mbps, which is comparatively low for high quality 1080p HD capture. The great news is that the results arrive with stereo sound with a sample rate of 48KHz.
