The average price of homes for sale was $302,562, which was up from $298,974 in December. Likewise the median price of homes for sale - the number at which half of the homes listed for sale were for more and half were for less - increased 2.87% to $249,337.

The average home for sale has 3 bedrooms and 2.72 bathrooms.
The high schools in Rockwall with the highest average home price were:
