The award was presented by BBC Breakfast presenter, Susanna Reid, at a glittering ceremony hosted by the Learning and Performance Institute at the Dorchester Hotel in London.

The winning entry consisted of a suite of elearning, including scenario-based learning, awareness modules, games and an app, to train an international sales force for Tarkett, a multinational flooring manufacturer.

Managing Director, Rob Hubbard said:

‘We are delighted and honoured to have received this award from the well-respected Learning and Performance Institute. It feels fantastic to have our work recognised in this way. The project with Tarkett (http://www.tarkett.com/) was to improve product knowledge and reinforce best practice for their international sales force, resulting in significant cost savings and contributing to their growth.

The award comes on the back of two eLearning Awards that we won in November - it’s great to be on a roll!’

‘The 18th Learning Awards is our annual celebration of outstanding achievement, best practice, and excellence in learning. The Learning Awards truly recognise the achievements of all learning professionals – and that’s why they are the most prestigious and longest-running learning awards in Europe.

The standard of this year’s entries was again exceptional. The number of submissions surpassed all previous years, with hundreds of entries from across the globe – so to be a Finalist is a real achievement.’
