As a path to Inner Joy and Radiant Health, this two hour workshop brings together a variety of yoga elements including: asana (the physical yoga exercises), meditation, chanting, pranayama (the breath work associated with traditional yoga practice) and philosophic discussion.

About deAnna Anderson
deAnna Anderson is a certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher based out of Dallas, TX and has been practicing yoga since 1994 and teaching yoga since 2001. Deanna eats, lives, and breathes Yoga. “If you can’t embody what you’re talking about, then no one is going to believe you. You really have to walk the walk and talk the talk.” And deAnna definitely does.
deAnna is known for her spunky wisdom, compassionate humor, encouraging teaching style and her eclectic mix of music and DJ skills. She has taught internationally, co-led the Pure Yoga Teacher Training at Equinox and was the Founding Teacher of Karmany Yoga, one of the first donation-based studios in Texas.
