Office Depot will relocate to the vacant freestanding building where Hops restaurant formerly operated.

Tom Strauss and Matt Yaniglos, SCDP, CLS, with LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord, RPAI.  The shifting of tenants completes the planned redevelopment of the center and is the result of long, complicated negotiations between the agents, retailers and the shopping center’s owner. The construction will result in an available 4,000 SF end cap unit next to Dick’s Sporting Goods, which, in addition to 3,000 SF available in the on the other end of the center between Square One Burgers and Panera Bread, will be the only vacancies in the property’s 322,516 SF.
