In today’s survey by TipTopJob that questioned over 1000 employees reveals that almost half of the people asked (a whopping 47%) are planning to send a secret card to a colleague they work with.
In a secondary question, it was made clear that another huge number of employees (48%) favour a fancied work colleague when it comes to day-to-day activities. Have you noticed a manager or colleague helping you more than others or letting you get away with mistakes when others do not?
