A CME Satellite Symposium - Facing the Challenges in Narcolepsy Management: Issues and Answers

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 12, 2013 - In this program, chair Dr. Thomas Scammell and faculty members Dr. Richard Bogan, Dr. Suresh Kotagal, and Dr. Emmanuel Mignot will discuss the fundamental components of narcolepsy management: clinical features, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment. In addition, a “hot topics” session will address emerging guidelines (classifications of narcolepsy and potential implications) and challenges in diagnosis and management of narcolepsy in the pediatric population. Optimal management of narcolepsy will be described through evidence-based presentations, case presentation, and panel discussion.
