Crary Buchanan Announces New Partners Linda Weiksnar and Jeffrey J. Saunders

Attorney Weiksnar is a family law attorney. Before Crary Buchanan, she earned her A.B. in Political Science from Duke University. After graduating with honors, she obtained a Juris Doctor and Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University Law Center. As a non-family, civil litigator, she has recovered million dollar settlements and jury verdicts and settlements. Since then, she has focused her legal expertise on divorce, adoption, time sharing, modifications, relocations, alimony, equitable distribution, child support and other family law practice areas. “Linda has been a tremendous asset to our legal team since she joined the firm,” said Mike Crary, a managing partner at the firm, “We congratulate her on her well-deserved appointment as partner.”

Attorney Saunders is a general civil litigation attorney at Crary Buchanan. After graduating from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree, he earned a master’s in science from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Saunders continued his education and obtained a law degree from Nova Southeaster University’s Shepard Broad Law Center.
