Element 5 Fitness, a results-based fitness center in Kirkland, Wa and a proud member of Fitness Revolution, has been challenging the norms of health and fat loss for 6 years. In their latest challenge, participants set out to get in shape in time for spring break in just 3 weeks.
Sound impossible? Element 5 Fitness doesn’t think so.
"Regardless of age, men and women alike enjoy the Sprint to Spring Break program because they’re ready for great weather and are itching to get outside more," says Rommel Ryan Acda, fitness professional and owner of Element 5 Fitness. “We’ve found that one of the biggest things people want is simply to look good in a swimsuit.”
“This program is set up to do just that in 3 weeks.”
The Sprint to Spring Break program offers both structure and social support. Greg Sides, a current member of Element 5 Fitness, added, "Element 5 Fitness is so much better than traditional gyms and health clubs because it guarantees results. Health clubs just charge you a fee and provide access to their equipment. We feel like we are a part of a family here.”
The program includes a variety of components: bodyweight-based movements, weight training, metabolic circuits, and a meal plan that is both nutritious and satisfying. Plus, according to Acda, there will also be a variety of non-traditional exercises designed to fine-tune the system.
The 21-day program is designed to offer the benefits of personal training in a supportive environment where others share similar goals. Each participant will work at his or her own level, and all levels of fitness are welcome.
