“R.H. Homes Limited” Receives Achievement in Consumer Excellence (ACE) Award Presented by NARI

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 12, 2013 - COLUMBUS, Ohio - R.H. Homes Limited is proud to announce that our company has been recognized as a recipient of the 2012 NARI ACE Award. The ACE award is presented by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry of Central Ohio. The Achievement in Consumer Excellence Award is a consumer-rated awards program that honors NARI members who provide exemplary products and/or services. The award recognizes professionals in the remodeling industry and vendors that receive a high overall rating on four criteria as judged by consumers who have actually used their products or services. Unlike other rating services, consumers do not pay a subscription fee to submit a rating or to receive a referral.

"The NARI ACE Award provides consumers a valuable tool to help them begin and complete successful remodeling projects, and that tool is the knowledge that they are selecting a professional remodeling contractor or product supplier that they can count on for quality, professional services,” stated Shari Bates, CAE, Executive Director of NARI of Central Ohio. Bates emphasized that consumers are able to freely express their thoughts on a company they have hired due to the no cost subscription for NARI members.

Consumers have rated all ACE Award recipients on four criteria: quality of work, professionalism, reliability, and timeliness. In order to receive the NARI ACE Award, the company must be a member of the NARI and must receive an average grade of 3.5 or higher based on scores submitted by consumers.
