Yoga Teacher Unveils New Website, Rooted in Spiritual Growth, Self Realization

Feb. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Liqui-Site Designs, Inc. announced today the launch of a new website at ( http://www.lenamadsenyoga.com ) for Lena Madsen Yoga, founded by an internationally trained yoga teacher and spiritual health practitioner, who teaches and tours throughout the Northeast.

Born and raised in Sweden, Madsen began her yoga career in earnest in the 1990’s after moving to New York City, following previous career paths in music and law. Madsen trained at the Swedish Institute, College of Health Sciences, in New York City – the oldest Massage Therapy program in the U.S.  She became a Licensed Massage Therapist and served on the faculty for several years teaching Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, and Chinese Medicine.

Madsen teaches regular weekly classes through her private practice, Lena Madsen Yoga in Nyack, New York and offers one-on-one sessions in the greater New York area. Additionally, Madsen hosts workshops and special events at a variety of institutions throughout the year, including Kripalu in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.  

Madsen’s teaching is centered on the belief that self-awareness can bring about personal change. She approaches yoga as both an art and science, which supports physical, emotional, and mental health.

Liqui-Site was responsible for the production of the new Lena Madsen Yoga website, built on Wordpress CMS. The new site reflects Madsen’s transition into a new chapter of her professional life, yoga studio, expanded services and clientele.  The new layout is easier to navigate, differentiating between her ongoing yoga instruction in the Nyack, New York area and professional development across the United States.  Because Madsen herself is so transformational, her personal story and voice come through the copy.  Liqui-Site implemented several strategic features that will enable Madsen to speak to her clients even more directly, including an integrated blogging platform, branded email newsletters, and an initial social media presence on Facebook.  Liqui-Site will continue to serve Madsen and her practice through continued website maintenance and support.
