1. Chart the ovulation cycle – “When a patient comes in armed with information about their cycle we can get a better picture of what fertility issues may be in play.”
2. Investigate insurance coverage- “Many infertility procedures will be covered by insurance. It helps patients when they are aware of what their plan covers. In addition, we have financial plans in place at The Fertility Center of Charleston to help patients that may not have insurance coverage.”
3. Plan to be both are in attendance- “Male infertility accounts for almost half of the cases of infertility. It always helps to have both partners at the initial appointment.”
