Buyer Solutions secured an impressive customer satisfaction scorecard result of 92.1%.
Apart from producing a great result on paper, Buyer Solutions successfully demonstrated
a thorough understanding of their market, which will secure them recognition for their
efforts, increased productivity, and long-term sustainability, which they have not only
earned but also deserve.
On the national 5 Star Ratings Platform, they achieved an outstanding 4.6, which has
seen them earn the High Achiever status by our Board; a level reserved for those in the
top five percentile group.
