Lee & Associates Negotiates $5.7 Million City of Industry Lease

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 11, 2013 - Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has negotiated a $5.7 million industrial lease in the  City of Industry, Calif. The term of the lease is 88 months.

Senior Vice President Jeff Bethel of Lee’s City of Industry office represented the landlord, Lomitas, LP. The private tenant is a local third party logistics company.

“The property satisfies current and future expansion requirements for the tenant’s growing customer base,” said Bethel. He added that the tenant intends to install approximately 40,000 square feet of cooler and freezer space as well as ±8,000 square feet of new executive offices.

Located at 14255 Lomitas Avenue, with easy access to the 60 and 605 freeways, the 155,992-square-foot facility is equipped with 30’ ceiling heights, a large truck court and abundant trailer parking.
