Lee & Associates Procures a 22,780-Square-Foot Industrial Lease

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 11, 2013 - Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate services firm, brokered the lease in a 100,000-square-foot Class C Industrial building complex located at 5596 Riverview Road, Mableton, Ga. NWP Group is scheduled to occupy the facility in April 2013 to office and distribute HVAC and plumbing products. Rick Tumlin, CCIM, SIOR represented the tenant, NWP Group, LLC in this transaction. Phillip Hight with MDH Partners represented the landlord, Howard Brothers Investments.
