Lebanon Levi Visits the Library

Lebanon Levi, star of "Amish Mafia" will meet and greet fans at the Matthews Public Library in Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at 2PM. All proceeds will benefit the library.

Feb. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Lebanon Levi, star of the Discovery Channel's Amish Mafia will meet and greet his local fans on Sunday, March 24, 2013 from 2-5PM at the Matthews Public Library, 102 W Main ST in Fredericksburg,  PA. Tickets will be available for pre-purchase beginning Wednesday, February 20.  All tickets must be purchased in advance at either the library's circulation desk or online from the library's homepage, http://lclibs.org/matthews (http://lclibs.org/matthews) and are $10 per person which includes a snack buffet.

On the show, Lebanon Levi is the leader of a group that allegedly keeps peace in the Amish community, without calling in police or outside authority. According to his biography on the show's website, he "is the protector, the judge, and the jury in the Amish community. He calls the shots for his crew of Amish and Mennonite soldiers."

Sheila Redcay, director of the Matthews Public Library, explains, "What better place for a fictional character to visit that the local public library!"

Discovery Channel is currently announcing an all new two hour special to be aired sometime in March.
