The 2013 Customer Excellence Awards, which are presented in 16 categories, recognize and celebrate Microsoft Dynamics customers that have achieved notable accomplishments using their Microsoft Dynamics solutions. There are more than 350,000 Microsoft Dynamics customers worldwide, and Technical Prospects was chosen from hundreds of nominations as a finalist for the ERP Productivity award.

Proposed winners for each category were then presented and reviewed by a panel of Microsoft executive judges for final approval. As part of that final review, winning customers are chosen.
