Doctor Uses Vibrator to Treat Insomnia!

Finding ways to reduce tension are an important part of the treatment of insomnia

PRLog - Feb. 11, 2013 - Using a vibrator to massage your feet is one of the many treatments for insomnia suggested by Dr. Ruth Lever Kidson in her latest book Say Goodbye to Sleepless Nights.  “Tension plays a large part in causing insomnia,” says Dr. Kidson, “And anything that will induce some relaxation is likely to help. But insomnia is a highly individual thing and the reason why most people find it hard to overcome is because they don’t know how to find the treatment that is right for them personally.”

In Say Goodbye to Sleepless Nights, Dr. Kidson helps readers to discover the true cause of their sleeping problems and then guides them towards the right treatment, discussing eighteen different complementary therapies, with details of over 60 individual remedies, and numerous self help techniques as well as an overview of behaviour therapy and an assessment of the pros and cons of sleeping tablets.

Say Goodbye to Sleepless Nights has been published by Sphinx House as a Kindle download and is likely to be available as a paperback later this year.  As a special promotion, the book will be offered as a free download from February 12th to 16th on Amazon websites.

Dr. Kidson, who is a medical hypnotherapist and experienced complementary therapy practitioner as well as a qualified doctor, is the author of several other books, including “Is Acupuncture Right For You” (published by Healing Arts Press).
