Attendees will receive an overview of the elder law planning process and gain a firm foundation in the issues that will impact the rapidly growing and changing senior population.
Shapiro has been recognized as a leader in the trusts and estates law field. Most recently, he was selected to contribute to the book, Inside the Minds: Strategies for Trusts and Estates in New York, 2013 ed., published by Aspatore Books, a Thomson Reuters business.

Shapiro’s three topics will include:
•Planning for Continuing Care Costs,
•Planning for Incapacity, and
•Preventing Financial Abuse and Neglect.
