DVD Snapshot reviews THE TRIP, "...a niche I've never seen/read before"

"What I liked about the book is, it actually found a niche in the zombie genre I've never seen/read before," says reviewer Ken Murray. Murray said the story surprised him on several fronts, going in directions he didn't expect.

"What stood out about THE TRIP is that it's more a coming-of-age story and buddy road trip than it is zombie book. The zombie apocalypse is more a backdrop to three friends trying to figure out life after high school while dodging death at every turn...Using teen characters with regular teen problems as the focus of the story is a unique twist on the zombie genre...It's an easy read and genre fans should enjoy it."
