Anger Management Domestic Violence Classes Now Available on Sunday!

Feb. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Has the court ordered you to attend Anger Management Domestic Violence Classes (Batterers Intervention Program)? How about the Family Law (Divorce Court/LA County Department of Probation) or the Department of Children and Family Services? Has your loved one asked you to get help after you lost control of your temper? Child custody issues, divorce, school,  work, or financial stress, especially during these difficult economic times, can lead to angry feelings and explosive temper tantrums. If you answered yes to any of these questions then we have a program for you.

We provide an "Evidence Based" Batterers Intervention program, in conjunction with Mathis & Associates, recognized and approved by the Los Angeles Superior Court, Department of Probation, Department of Children and Family Services and the State of California. We are "Batterers Intervention Facilitators" providing group classes. In addition, as certified anger management providers, we also offer Teen groups as well as having individual sessions available. Adult sessions for men and women with convenient evening and weekend classes are forming regularly. Self referred clients are welcome. Using a non-judgmental approach to identify negative and positive behavior patterns is a core part of the class. Teaching new communication skills, anger control techniques, stress management and emotional intelligence help our clients learn to identify and redirect negative angry behavior to a positive form of communication.

We have Domestic Violence classes available for women on Sunday from 2-4 and our Men's class runs on Sunday from 5-7 PM. In addition, we now offer an additional Domestic Violence Men's class on Monday evening from 6:30-8:30 PM.  Our anger management classes are available on Monday afternoon from 4-5PM, as well as Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings from 6-7 PM. All classes are at our Mission Hills, CA location just a few minutes from the 405,118 or 5 freeway. Our office is a centrally located and is convenient for commuters from the San Fernando, Santa Clarita Valley, Simi Valley and Antelope Valley areas. On street parking is available in front of the building, as well as across the street.
