"Feast & Imbibe: High End Chicago Popup Restaurant Opens February 14th, 15th & 16th

Two new stars of the Chicago culinary scene are collaborating on a daring and decadent 7-course popup restaurant w/wine pairings. The popup will take place on February 14th thru 16th and will feature such delicacies as caviar, duck and ribeye steak.
 
Feb. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Two of the most promising members of the Chicago culinary scene are joining forces this week in a popup dining series titled “Feast & Imbibe” that is going to be hard for permanent restaurants to match.

Chef D’Andre Carter and Sommelier Heather Bublick, alumni of Chef Homaro Cantu’s Michelin-starred moto restaurant, are both operating outside of culinary conventions in presenting a decadent and daring 7-course meal with stunning wine pairings (including a cocktail, featuring sprites by F.E.W.).  The evening will be started with a champagne toast and the menu features creatively designed high-end selections including Caviar, Foie Gras, Lobster, Steak, and Truffles. This is a menu not to be missed and surely well beyond what one would expect at one sit-down chef’s feast.
