Chef D’Andre Carter and Sommelier Heather Bublick, alumni of Chef Homaro Cantu’s Michelin-starred moto restaurant, are both operating outside of culinary conventions in presenting a decadent and daring 7-course meal with stunning wine pairings (including a cocktail, featuring sprites by F.E.W.). The evening will be started with a champagne toast and the menu features creatively designed high-end selections including Caviar, Foie Gras, Lobster, Steak, and Truffles.
