Project Manager, DGM / GM – Projects

Civil Engineer with 12 to 20 Years experience in Commercial/IT/Industrial/Residential Projects, Overall engineering support in construction activates – Project  Execution, Resource Mobilization, Quality adherence, Budgeting, Planning, Skills in dealing with Architects, Consultants & Contractors for resolution of engineering issues. Additional exposure – Good in communication, interaction with client, co-ordination skill with site execution team, cash flow management, MIS, etc..

Execution Engineers – Civil Engineer(2-10 Years Exp.)

Independently handling RCC work and civil construction, Co-ordination with PM for all site activities, Monitor labour & ensure to idling of time, exposure to finishing work, co-ordination with client engineers.

Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineers – Civil Engineer (2-10 Years Exp.)

Handling Quantities, BOQ Preparations, Cost estimates, Rate analysis, Billing, Variation & Claims, Budget control, contractual issue.

Planning Engineers – Civil Engineer(2-10 Years Exp.)

Ability to compile all technical & commercial specifications, working knowledge of Primavera & Auto CAD, able to plan activities at project site, co-ordination with client engineers.

Quality Engineers – Civil Engineer(2-10 Years Exp.)

Good exposure to procedures & quality standards, ability to plan & perform testing techniques for continual improvement, Ensure adherence of quality standard at project site, Co-ordination for internal audits, checking of incoming construction materials.

Purchase Officer / Store Keepers – Graduate(4-12 Years Exp.)

Good experience in handling construction site, adherence to EHS policy of the Company.

Safety Officer – Diploma in Industrial Safety(4-8 Years Exp.)

Safety implementation at Construction site, adherence to EHS policy of the Company.

Shuttering, Reinforcement, Civil Foremen /  Supervisors(4-16 Years Exp.)

Ability to prepare bar bending schedule, steel reconciliation, waste management, supervise RCC structure work, efficient use of plywood & shuttering material, form work, co-ordination with contractor & labour.
