San Francisco Electric Tour Company Announces Valentine’s Day Promotion!

Feb. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- San Francisco Electric Tour Company announced today a Valentine’s Day promotion for couples who book Segway Tours for February 12th-14th.   Guests can book the daytime Wharf &Waterfront Tour, Golden Gate Park Tour, Advanced Hills Tour, or the new nighttime Chinatown Tour. At the conclusion of the tour, couples receive a flower to commemorate the experience.    

Owner Brian Huber says, “A Segway Tour is a romantic and unique way to spend Valentine’s Day with someone special. We decided to make the day even more special with a touch of our own.”

The new nighttime Tour of Chinatown, North Beach & the Waterfront explores the Fisherman’s Wharf and North Beach areas before gliding into Chinatown, where glowing lanterns are strung across the streets.  The tour glides up the Embarcadero waterfront and past Ghirardelli Square before stopping by the National Maritime Museum to admire breathtaking views of the glittering San Francisco Bay.

The Wharf & Waterfront daytime tour explores the Wharf and the North Beach/Little Italy neighborhood.  For guests who have taken a Segway Tour within the last year, the Advanced Tour gives riders a bit of a challenge going up San Francisco’s hills and down Lombard Street, the Crookedest Street in the World.  The Golden Gate Park Tour showcases the best sights and hidden gems the park has to offer while sharing the history and lore of the park.

Nighttime Chinatown Tour Departures for February 12, 13, & 14th:  5:00 p.m.

Wharf & Waterfront Tour: 10:00 am & 1:30 pm.

Golden Gate Park Tour: 10 am & 1:30 pm.

Advanced Hills & Crooked Street Tour: 3:00 p.m.  Previous experience required.

Departure Location: 757 Beach Street, San Francisco CA 94109 from the rear parking lot.  Advance reservations are encouraged. In the case of cold or foggy weather, guests will receive gloves and warm coats.
