Robert Musante to teach a master class for lawyers on deposition based credibility arguments

North Carolina lawyers who want to understand the art of deposition cross examination should mark their calendars to join Robert Musante for a full day master class in Greensboro on February 15. The program is eligible for 6.25 hours of CLE credit.

Feb. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- The North Carolina Bar Association Foundation will host nationally known teacher of deposition cross examination, Robert Musante presenting his program "Mastering the Toughest-to-Craft Credibility Arguments " on February 15, 2013 at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, NC.  The program will begin at 9:00 am and continue until 4:45 p.m. and is eligible for 6.25 hours of MCLE credit.

Musante has taught has taught the logic and practical skills of deposition cross examination to more than 40,000 litigators in 42 states.  

The focus of this program is a uniquely valuable – and entertaining – analysis of the most-difficult-to-master credibility arguments: The "Un-Reasonables" which are vital to the execution of great adverse depositions and great trial cross-examinations.
