Feb. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- On April 16th, The Business of Spine will hold its 2013 Reimbursement Education for the Spinal Implant Representative Series in New York City at the New York Executive Conference Center. This series provides the spinal implant representative with the resources and tools needed to expand their knowledge of spine coding, and reimbursement issues.

“I am often asked by spinal implant representatives what they can do or say that would have an impact on the surgeon, and my answer is always, know your subject. By that I mean, don’t always be so concerned about points you want to make, but rather try to make the points that would interest and are important to the surgeon” said Barbara Cataletto.

All sales representatives are not created equal, and there is no easy answer as to what makes one more successful than another. Most sales are made based on relationships, and relationships have their root in commonality.

Reimbursement Education for the Spinal Implant Representative will provide Industry professionals the unique opportunity to understand the physicians and the hospital's financial structure. This series is intended to provide insight into the issues faced daily, while working through the spine reimbursement process and to level the playing field and is a must for all spinal implant representatives.
