Chicago, November 18, 2012 –  Chicagoland Sunbelt has announced that Senior Broker, Burt Evans, has completed the sale of a Marketing Distribution Firm located in the northern suburbs of Chicago. The seller operated the business for 11 years and built a solid base of clients who relied the firm’s products as a key element of their marketing efforts. The firm’s products provided a timely and consistent method to reach out to current customers and attract new customers.

The seller actively operated the business and had consistently grown the revenues, profits and client base of the firm.  Chicagoland Sunbelt generated over 30 potential acquirers which resulted in multiple offers and an excellent return for the seller.  The business was also part of a national franchise network which provided excellent training and transition services throughout the transaction.  Many buyers are attracted to a franchise system for the structure and support provided by the franchisor.
