As part of the partnership arrangement, CMS Intelliteach will extend its existing UK service desk solution to include CSS and the its law firm clients, some of which are already using CMS Intelliteach in an outsourced service desk capacity. In addition to level 1 support provided by CMS Intelliteach, CSS provides a total Managed Service from 2nd line deskside support through to offsite 3rd line support of entire infrastructures.
