Primovisto commits to providing the customer with specialist Limited Edition items which very few other people around the world can attest to having. An interesting concept, but how does it work?

Designs and Products
Primovisto have set out by building a team of artists and designers who will produce unique Limited edition designs for the website. These Designers are from all corners of the world and make up what Primovisto call, their 'in-house team (http://www.primovisto.com/in-house-team)'. The In-House team are the cornerstones of design on the site and set the standard for design throughout. Each has their own page on the site which includes a bio (http://www.primovisto.com/artists/rey-oraa) and some of their previous work and accomplishments.

Primovisto create their own products in their workshop in South-West Ireland.
CNC and Laser Engraving machines are used to cut, shape and engrave each of their products. To date their products include Bamboo iPhone 4/4S and 5 cases, Bamboo iPad cases and Book-cover cases also for iPad. Primovisto have committed to developing and increasing their product range in the coming months and hope to have at least 3/4 more products available by years end. Because they are made of bamboo, Primovisto's cases are beautiful and environmentally friendly to boot. Sounds good but a few obvious questions still remain. How can Primovisto guarantee a limited edition product and what do they do to ensure the customer is getting something that is unique and individualistic? The answer comes down to their site and its in-built technologies.  

On-Site Technology:  Limited Edition trackerEach of Primovisto's designs are limited to 'runs' of 50 ,100, 250 and 500. The better the design the lower the 'run' number. The best designs will be 50 editions, next best 100 and so on. Therefore if a product is a ‘limited edition 100’ only 100 of this design will ever be engraved/embossed/stitchedon a primovisto product and that is a guarantee that Primovisto can keep with the help of their Limited Edition tracker(LEd. tracker (http://www.primovisto.com/tracking/view/index/)). The LEd tracker works by mapping where around the world each product and ensuing limited edition design sold on primovisto.com are located. The system works off Google maps and is automatically updated for every limited edition product sold on the primovisto.com website. This lets the customer know that they will be the only person in the town/city/state/country with such a product. On top of this all of Primovisto's Limited Edition products receive a Limited Edition number which is unique to the 'run' number they are part of. This type of uniqueness in a product is unmatched anywhere else.

La GalleriaIt is exciting times for the site and the staff are committed to producing and providing the customer with the design and product match that they require. To help do this they have recently incorporated a section to the site which they call La-Galleria (http://www.primovisto.com/la-galleria). La-Galleria provides the amateur designer/artist an opportunity to create and upload a design of their own making. Each design is entered to the La Galleria section of the site and is instantly available for viewing and voting on by the sites visitors and other designers. Primovisto intends to run a series of competitions in the coming months. In these competitions each uploaded design will be voted on by the public with the winning designer receiving a cash prize and a spot on primovisto.com's 'In-House Team'.
